The Sales Assistant’s main duty is to support the Shop Manager and the team in the running of the Shop.
The ideal candidate would be expected to: Create and maintain a welcoming ambience, deliver a pleasant shopping experience, with good customer service skills, network with customers and the local community, follow the Company’s Policies and Procedures, communicate well with the Management and the team.
Other duties comprise:
Gift Aid (signup and processing); sorting donations, steaming of clothes, pricing, displays, till handling, cashing up, manual handling, maintaining a clean tidy and safe working environment.
